Ability is one of Norway’s leading suppliers of property management services, cleaning, canteen operations, hotel cleaning and landscaping services.

Abilitys head office is located in Bergen, with regional offices in Oslo, Stavanger, and Trondheim. Geographically, we cover the entire country, from Lindesnes to Hammerfest. We also have a network of other partners around the country. More than 800 customers use our services.

Our ISO certifications
Quality – NS -EN ISO 9001:2015
To ensure that we meet customer requirements, supplier requirements and own requirements, we have chosen to build a quality system that meets the NS-ENISO – 9001:2015 standard. Certification and development of a quality system according to the 9001-2015 standard entails uncovering and describing the company’s processes, improvement, and possible efficiency.
Environment – NS-EN ISO 14001:2015
Ability wants to focus on the environment and will enable our operations to be handled in as environmentally friendly a way as possible. By introducing a management system for the environment, we will ensure that statutory requirements and other requirements that we are imposed are complied with.We ensure that the company’s environmental policies, procedures and objectives are subject to auditing both internally and externally. We will always ensure improvement of our environmental work and, with the certification, want to show that we take a social responsibility in relation to the environment.
Working environment and safety – NS-EN ISO 45001:2018
In our organization, the individual employee is the main resource in the provision of our services. We will provide a healthy and safe working environment and are committed to continuous improvement. As part of the ISO 45001:2018 certification process, we have mapped processes and management of hazard identification, risk assessment, working environment management, competence, training, and communication. We also work closely with the occupational healthservice to minimize the risk to our employees.
Svanemerking
Ability is concerned with taking care of the environment, and has therefore chosen to Nordic Ecolabel our cleaning service. The Nordic Ecolabel is the only eco-label that sets requirements for the entire product’s life cycle, and is the highest degree of eco-labeling that can be achieved in our industry. We were first certified in 2016.
