Sustainability Report 2024.

We are proud to announce that Ability's Sustainability Report for 2024 has now been published. The report shows how we at Ability work purposefully and comprehensively with sustainability across all our services — from cleaning and property management to canteen operations, hotel services and outdoor area maintenance.

This year's report builds on last year's efforts and includes for the first time reporting in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This is an important step toward greater transparency and accountability in our industry.

In the report, you will find insights into how we work with our five strategic sustainability areas: Enthusiastic Team Players, Modern Cleaning Methods, Sustainable Meals Full of Appetite, Circularity and Environmental Consideration, and Efficient Buildings and Management.

Ability has conducted a double materiality assessment and also publishes a climate accounting report for 2024, in collaboration with Energi.ai. This includes figures for Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and shows how we are working to reduce the carbon footprint across all parts of our value chain.
