Sensors measure actual use of rooms, restrooms and common areas. Our in-house AI interprets the data and creates tasks directly in our operations system — cleaners see digitally where cleaning is needed, and resources go where the need actually is. This makes it easier to meet quality requirements such as NS-INSTA 800, and in sanitary zones screens can display the last completed clean and when the next one is due. The result: cleaner premises, lower costs and less use of water and chemicals.

Yes, on large floor areas we supplement with autonomous floor scrubbers and other machine equipment. The machines take on the heavy, repetitive tasks, while our cleaners concentrate on details, service and quality. Equipment is always chosen based on floor type and maintenance documentation.
Quality is checked in several layers. Our cleaners run self-inspections of their own work, and the operations manager follows up with quality controls and NS-INSTA 800 inspections at the frequency agreed in your contract. Results are summarised in reports covering deviations and improvement measures, and you are welcome to run your own inspections.
Permanent, uniformed Ability cleaners carry HSE cards issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority — we are a publicly approved cleaning company. Everyone is over 18 and receives both foundational training in professional cleaning through Ability Academy and training on your specific contract. During absence, we bring in substitutes from a pre-cleared pool with the same training.
