Ability FM signs agreement with Entra for Soft FM services at Brynsengfaret 6.

Ability FM and Entra have signed an agreement for the delivery of Soft FM services at the office property Brynsengfaret 6 in Oslo. The agreement combines cleaning, staff restaurant, catering services, reception and office support in one delivery with a single point of contact for the building.

From September 1, 2026, Ability FM is responsible for the combined Soft FM services at Brynsengfaret 6. Reception and coffee bar form one staffed hosting function, the staff restaurant is operated on Ability's established concept platform, and the cleaning is delivered to the company's Nordic Swan Ecolabelled standard.

Ability delivers the core services with its own employees, and emphasises documented sustainability through independent third-party certification rather than self-reporting.
